i hope the guys will have a top explanation for this ugly thing.
i have no word to express how much i'm depressed by the thought of this pink staying for the whole "era".

Judging from what i see on amazon, 48:13 is not the album title, neigher is this the official cover. Seems like we still have no clue what it will be. Uh what? Judging from what's been on all the different Amazons and other websites for ten days now it looks like 48:13 will definitely be the title. Or are you seeing something I don't? Maybe you are right, but to me it looks more like a "diversion title" to me, to hide the real one. Or maybe I am just seeing ghosts. Would not be the first time i overthink something... |

Me too. It's very boring imo. It might sound a bit harsh, but their last two campaigns (since they seem to have started working with Aitor) have been very boring... I just hope the music won't replicate the look. |

Yeah for Me West Ryder had it all. The great look, the monster tunes. That album really propelled them. They need another album like that. I really really hope that this is it.

But that cover doesn't look like a cover. That is exactly what i mean - all signs of diversion;) But again, it can be less complicated and then we already know the title and the cover. And one more thing - Amazon doesn't have some special sources, in many cases they just have to guess as well. |

So i think they just put the picture for the cover together based on the info they could found. Maybe even from this forum, because it scores pretty good at google search results on Kasabian;) |

I believe the first guesses about album title being 48:13 started after the guys painted the wall. Now that Amazon wants to make the item available for preorder, the best thing to do is just take the most popular rumour and use it. This is my theory at this point. But it could be this IS official title and cover. In this case I'm pretty sure Amazon would have official tracklisting as well. But they don't. So, if Kasabian guys tried to confuse everyone about the album title, they did a good job;) |

I don't think a big company like Amazon would make their listings totally based on guesswork tbh. They're a big company, and they're expected to do everything by-the-book.
They're normally given the info by the label, as with a lot of things... Have you ever wondered how magazines happen to have the festival lineup on their website, in full, within SECONDS of it being officially announced? This is how these things leak. Carelessness from a promoter/label/receiver of info puts it in the public... And then all the information is there for all to see.
And that's what I believe happened here. Amazon were given the info, and then posted it before they were meant to, now we all know (whoops!)

So all the songs going to have no capitalisation in titles? They're capitalised on iTunes, but not on Amazon (the tracklisting has been added today jayfreeman.) iTunes even has the brackets. This is going to be another great era of everyone scrobbling different things on last.fm. |
