What was your favourite support so far? What band or artist would you like to see open for Kasabian?
I always thought The Lysergic Suite would be great, but I don't even know if they still exist.

Really enjoyed The Maccabees in Brixton. I thought I'll get bored out of my mind seeing them 5 times but I didn't. Other favourite supports were Belakiss, Band of Skulls, Dark Horses, and Modern Faces. I used to like Miles more before I saw him 5 times in a row in 2011 but by the third gig I couldn't enjoy it anymore. Reverend was great although I think I didn't appreciate him enough when I saw him live. Oh I liked The Sundowners at Shepherds Bush Empire last year, they were so lovely and likeable. And speaking of Warchild gigs, La Roux was supporting in 2010 and it was terrible.
I still hope The Lysergic Suite will make music one day, they were so good.

Oh yes, they were good. Their drummer is married to one of the naked women on that awful Q cover Tom and Serge did in 2011. Awkward! I liked Maccabees too, quite looking forward to their new album. Belakiss, who were really nice and played a gig for us when Kasabian cancelled in Berlin 3 years ago. One time in Hamburg there was a very random German folk singer (who was asked to play last minute because Belakiss had to pull out) and I thought he won't go down well with the crowd, but he did something weird where he sampled himself while he was performing, and then he covered Umbrella and everyone loved him. I didn't like Reverend and the Makers when I saw them, because I found Jon kind of intimidating, he was just yelling at people for not dancing enough and I thought it was arrogant to do that when it's not even their gig. But then I listened to their music a bit afterwards and really got into them. Not the last two albums though.

I'll be forever grateful to Kasabian for introducing me to Temples!
Other opening bands I've really enjoyed include Band of Skulls, Maccabees, Miles Kane and Sundowners.

Miles Kane and Modern Faces for me .But I have to say the worst was who ever came on before them at Summer Solstice Rudimental I think . Oh and Beady Eye were memorable cause of Liam in his Union Jack parka.

Does anybody like Marmozets who supported them in Moscow? Everybody seems to be in love with them after the gig.

I saw The Music open for them in 2006. I was also lucky enough to get tickets to their farewell gig in Leeds a couple of years ago.

Any thoughts on Cabbage? Their music is not the absolute worst I've ever heard, but there is something thoroughly unpleasant about them. After insulting our faces on Tuesday, the singer practically assaulted a girl yesterday.
