It used to be possible in previous years, but it made me log in this time. I faintly remember having to nominate a quote of the year as well, but they probably didn't get any good ones. |

Are they playing as well as winning everything? I hope so. They usually play when they're there and winning something - and with 8 nominations, I'm sure they'll win some. Also I have a ticket and would be heartbroken if they don't play. |

I got my tickets today and I'll be traveling from Bulgaria for this – I just have this feeling that it's going to be special. I mean 8 nominations! |

I think they'll be there and will play two songs. Hoping they'll win a good few awards too.
That said, I've been to the NME Awards loads of times and they're always good fun, so it won't be the end of the world for me if they don't perform.

I'm already secretly hoping that Treat is the next single and that's what they'll play. It was so amazing when they opened the awards in 2012 with Switchblade Smiles, nobody was expecting it, people were drinking, chatting and bang it started and scared everybody. |

The awards themselves - not me, no, but then I never have. I know how they work, it makes me a bit cynical about them. But the gig - yeah, I'm well up for that - be a good night out, hopefully see Kasabian play a couple of songs and some other bands that I wouldn't normally go see live but might convert me.

Ps. Has anyone who's going got any of their tickets yet? I got an email about the pit standing one saying it mightn't arrive till the week of the gig, but heard nothing about the early bird balcony one I got for myself. Bloody SeeTickets, chaotic as ever.
