Finally watched One Day couple of days ago, the book was ok but the movie was so disappointing. The ending got long and boring, and the only thing I liked was Jim Sturgess' acting. |

Oh, I was listening to One Day's soundtrack just yesterday! It's simply beautiful but very sad. I saw the movie at the cinema 2 years ago and I agree with you with the fact it was long and boring. My friend, who decided the film to watch, at first said "how nice this film" then fell asleep! ahaha i simply got bored for all the movie, the romantic genre is not my cup of tea |

Watched Gravity yesterday and thought it's very exciting and quite heartbreaking. Although 3D and all the floating in the space made me dizzy.

So Sherlock is back, what do you think people? I thought it's entertaining but a bit self-indulgent and I miss Andrew Scott, who was amazing as Moriarty.

I've only seen the first episode of the new Sherlock series, but I'm already liking a lot more than the 2 previous series. I was chatting with a friend about it and we both agree that Sherlock seems more likable this time around. I'll watch the second one this coming weekend sometime.
Last week my partner and I finished watching Breaking Bad. Such a fantastic show and if you haven't watched it, you definitely should give it a go. I was a bit hesitant to watch it due to all the hype around it, but it's well worth it. It's now one of my favourites.

I was chatting with a friend about it and we both agree that Sherlock seems more likable this time around. Totally agree - I used to find both the character and Cumberbacht a bit more irrirating, but he's smiling a lot in this one, I wonder how it's going to end. Breaking Bad is on my to-do list this year, everybody says it's brilliant. |

How good was Sherlock's last eprisode yesterday? I saw everyone having a meltdown and read a summary of the episode and in the morning I thought it had been a really disturbing dream. Are they actually serious? If they wanted to make some psycho sci-fi adventure why didn't they just make it with original characters? Why use Sherlock Holmes? ACD is so glad he's dead right now. |

They could easily use original characters especially for these series, because it nothing to do with the original books. I think the first ones were sort of loosely based on them so they kept the characters. I find Cumberbatch and his character so irritating but last night's episode was very entertaining and I liked the last twist. |
