Any of you able to recommend a decent record player? I got a Crosley one at Christmas but it jumps regardless of what record I play. I checked online and it seems they have that issue.

I'm sorry but Crosleys are crap .They will ruin your vinyl as they track too heavy ,don't play anything else on it unless you want it ruined.I have a Rega rp1 it's just a so called budget entry but it's all set up straight from the box £240.I just went on What hifi and read the reviews but if you can get your hands on one of the 2017 RSD ones they feature parts that exist on the more expensive Rega and well worth the money.

Mine is a vintage Technics which is great, something like 30 years old and working beautifully. There should be some good models on ebay

I'm still looking to buy a new record player. Had a look at the Rega RP1 and it looks like a possibility. Anyone else got any suggestions?
