By my side <3 Tom's voice and the music fit so perfectly together in that song

It used to be Shoot The Runner, now it's Empire. Maybe I'm influenced by the video, I love it so much. I can't listen to that song without visualizing its video. But I change my mind all the time

Me Plus One. It just really resonates with me. The string sections on it are amazing - I especially love the strings after the last chorus. The entire sound of the song fills me with a warm fuzzy feeling. Serge's voice is perfect for the main vocals and the backing vocals with the ahhh-ahhh-ahhh-ahhhs is so floaty and dream-like. The line "Where'd you get that smile and that fine hair" is one of my all time favourite lyrics.
I just really love the trio of Last Trip (In Flight), Me Plus One and Sun Rise Light Flies. For me, Last Trip (In Flight) is like the start/middle of a messy night out with a great bunch of friends, Me Plus One is the end of the night where you're feeling really mellow and basically out of your mind (lol) and Sun Rise Light Flies is the morning after.
I haven't seen them perform Me Plus One in person yet, I'm hoping one day I will, although I'll probably cry.

"Empire" because that song is where it all started for me. Watched the video years ago and fell in love with everything in it, bought the album and fell in love with that, too. But "Empire" is not so much a song for me, more of an experience. I love the bass intro, the rhythm, Tom's voice, the violins, how it builds up again ... Well, everything! Listening to that song well never get old for me.

Stuntman has always been a favorite - brilliant for driving to and absolutely amazing when played live. Saw them perform it at Brixton and it was hypnotic!

Saw them perform it at Brixton and it was hypnotic! Do you mean Brixton 2010 when they played I Feel Love with it for the first time? Wasn't it just amazing?

Truly brilliant, with the LSF singalong that refused to leave the foyer and was still going down the street, onto the underground and 2 train changes later!

I feel British Legion is awfully underrated. Should have been the best song of the year.

It just has to be British Legion for me and seeing it at the Teenage cancer trust this year was something special .

It just has to be British Legion for me and seeing it at the Teenage cancer trust this year was something special . That was probably the biggest surprise of the tour, I never expected it to come back after six years, and it's one of my favourites anyway, so it was very special.

Apnoea is extremely good live, and I hope to see Sun Rise Light Flies pop up a few times on the 5th album tour. They seem to be a little more adventurous with their setlists these days.

It always has, and always will be, the doberman. I remember listening to that song as I watched the stars from my garden.
