Apologies if there is already a thread about this! The winner of Brekfest will be announced next week on the breakfast show and the prize - their own Kasabian concert!! In previous years the bands have actually played in people's gardens but this year they have opened it up to schools, workplaces, community centres ect ...

According to this article it's taking place and being broadcast on the 19th. I can't listen to Absolute Radio anymore in my country, so it would be much appreciated if someone could try to record it. Or at least listen to it and tell the rest of us what happened.  |

I saw the beginning (before having to go to work!!) They sounded amazing and did an acoustic set. Started with I'm in Love with a Psycho and then Stevie. The live stream kept dropping out but I am hoping that Absolute Radio will release it later on today. You can listen to the chat including a q&a with the band on the podcast on the Absolute radio app. Such a cool thing for them to do!!!

Forgot to say - it was at a school in Harlow - Burnt Mill Academy. Kasabian had to cut their swearing!!!

Yes, when the streams kept dying he commented that they will post it on Youtube next week. Everyone was yelling that people should just listen on the app or on the radio, but it's blocked everywhere outside the UK.
Did they play anything apart from YILWAP, Stevie and LSF?

The good news is geoblocking will be forbidden in the EU soon. The bad news is that it won't concern England anymore then (maybe for a year).
