Well, as everyone knows here (I hope so), Jacknife Lee was supposed to produce the album before he and the band had a falling out and didn't complete it.
We've heard two songs from those session, RIT and PB and if iirc Cutt Off from those sessions also came out, and now my question is would anyone be interested to hear his version to every song from the debut? (Assuming they exist of course). I know I would, and it's interesting to hear how much did the songs change overall. I also think it could be a good thing to add to a reissue of the debut. Well, I am interested to hear your thoughts!

I'm definitely curious and would be interested in hearing it, but considering it was scrapped because the band didn't like what he did to their songs (except RiT) I'm not sure if it's something they'd be willing to release. Serge must have it though.
I don't know if that old LSF is his, it sounds quite basic, like a demo, whereas RiT is more polished and elaborate. There are a few different unmastered promos of the debut album floating around, but I have no idea what time they are from. I only have digital copies though, maybe someone who has a physical copy can share more details.

I would be very interested in hearing it too! I am not sure I heard the PB Jacknife Lee version, I have a demo version of PB, I don't know if it's this one you're talking about oriar ? I am currently re-listening to all my first album promo cd's, in case I missed something...
