Just realised there still isn't a thread for Ovary Stripe.
Some of you might have seen the post on Tumblr - when Serge was so kind to answer some of our questions two months ago, one of them was about the samples version of Ovary Stripe. For as long as I remember people were speculating where the audio samples in the song came from, and now we finally had to find out.
Here's the relevant part of the documentary, and here is a bit of background on the event.
Serge also said they couldn't clear the sample, which might be the reason the album version is different. The samples version is the opening track on the unmastered album.
