Inspired by the post on the blog, Apnoea!
This would make a great intro to Empire perhaps. They could introduce the pulsing synth into Apnoea, slow it down then speed it up again?

Love it, one of my favourites on the album. I wish we could hear it live again one day. I imagined Empire much faster and more electronic with Apnoea as an intro, it'll be so gorgeous, a bit like the remix. One of my favourite things about Apnoea was when they used to open the encore with it, and Ian would come back and start playing the intro and then everybody else would turn up.
(We're having an Empire week on tumblr, because it's the album's birthday in a few days and that's why we're posting all the songs in a row).

I was just listening to a live version of this. It's one of the ones I can see coming back sometime. Would go great with Swarfiga.
