Any Prodigy fans in here? Are you excited about the next album? What do you like about them? Have you seen them live? What's your favourite track / album?

Prodigy is one of my favourites. But i have never seen them live unfortunately. Favourite album has to be "Music for the Jilted Generation". And favourite track - Narayan.

I love Narayan, one of my favourites too. Jilted Generation has some great tracks, but Invaders and Fat Of The Land are my favourite albums, I love every single song on them.

Fat of The Land and Invaders Must Die are really epic and confident albums with no weak moments. And are probably their two best albums as well. But Jilted Generation is still my favourite for two reasons. First of all it widened my boundaries and let me go beyond mainstream music, which was the only one i knew at the time. And besides it is an album that brought a new stream in electronic music. This is even more original material than Juno Reactor and Underworld.

What did you think of The Added Fat EP? I loved it so much, especially both smack my bitch up remixes

What did you think of The Added Fat EP? I loved it so much, especially both smack my bitch up remixes Well, I did like what i heard on the web, especially Smack My Bitch Up (Noisia Remix), but it is only available on LP. And I listen to CDs. So i have not really heard it yet;) Recently I discovered .FLAC files, so will probably go dig for them, because i have bad experience with mp3 and m4k (iTunes)

Oh I didn't know it's not CD - I listen to the digital copy and will buy the vinyl one day. It's on spotify though if you use it. Noisa Remix is awesome, they made that track even more intense.

Yes, i use spotify and grooveshark, but usually just to pre-listen. Because it is still not the same quality. Lossless sound in FLAC is yet to come as a commercial option, so LP is still the best quality around. But i settle to CDs because it is cheaper and easy to use option, and it does the trick for me;)

Was fortunate to see them live at Benicassim one year. Utterly mental set.
FOTL remains one of my seminal albums.

I really can't wait for the next album, does anybody know what's happening with it? They announced the title in 2011 and I thought it'll happen soon but doesn't look like it.

They played another new track yesterday, Get Your Fight On. Reminds me of Breathe a bit.

So the album is called The Day Is My Enemy (although I really liked the working title of How To Steal A Jetfighter) and will be released on 30 March. Can't wait! And the first single is out in January!
