Ive been checking out details for Victorious like hotels b b etc but of course the price has shot up so if we do go then we will get a day return train.And I would of finished watching my must see acts by around 930 .

I went to Victorious (just did one day) last year and really enjoyed it. Luckily, I'd already decided to do both days this year quite some time ago, so managed to book a couple of nights in a nearby hotel prior to the usual price increases. I think this year's line-up is a cracking one  |

going to 2 festivals so far this summer, second one has Motorhead headlining, with eagles of death metal playing before, however it's mostly an electronic music festival so i'll just be there on the second day where Motorhead is headlining. first one is in Croatia and has Florence and the Machine headlining along with Franz Ferdinand and some other band, other good acts that are not headlining it: death cab for cutie, black rebel motorcycle club, antemasque and eagles of death metal Day 1Day 2
Day 3
also seeing one of the biggest Croatian bands called Hladno Pivo (translation: Cold Beer) in ~5 days, i've seen them last summer but their new album is out so why not |

Really looking forward to June gigs
Lonely the Brave Tabernacle 3rd June which is a special acoustic gig with strings
The Family Rain 11th June Bush Hall so can't wait to hear the new stuff
Foo Fighters Wembley Stadium 20 th June with Iggy Pop ,I just hope he doesn't go shirtless and Royal Blood supporting.
I'm also doing another U2 O2 3rd Nov.Taking my daughter to this one as I think they are one band she needs to see.

Blur are playing three smaller gigs including one in Glasgow. Hoping to get tickets when they go on sale.

There is a small rock festival every year in the city center of the town where my mum lives. She called me today to tell me she had tickets and asked me if we wanted to go, and as Placebo are the headliners, I said yes, why not. I hope to discover some interesting bands, last year we saw Temples and that was really cool.  |

Damn it Florence, why did you injure your foot?!
Florence had to cancel her appearance at the festival i posted about above, so they got Rudimental to replace her, which is imo a bad choice but whatever, at least I can leave earlier and go home since I don't like Rudimental, or the whole "drum and bass" genre or whatever.
Florence will be back next year, but I've no idea if I'll be able to go then, but there's still a year until In music festival #11

To summarize the first half year, these are my past gigs:
- Noel Gallagher
- Steven Wilson
- Pink Floyd Sound
- The Prodigy
- Crippled Black Phoenix
- and of course, Kasabian
Actually all of them are 5-star musicians, as HQ as they come, but my observation is that Kasabian outshines eveybody like it is nothing. They are Komodo 3000 to me;) People who watched Malcolm in the Middle will know the context. It is like you enjoy the fireworks, notice how beautiful they are... And then...
