08 October - Ian in Bristol playing a small gig some dodgy covers 12 October - Tom DJing / singing with Penguinsrising playing his ipod
14 November - Editors at Brixton - for once I want to go to a non-Kasabian gig, not 100% sure yet but I like them so much That's it, I'm not doing anything else until Kasabian announce a warm up tour or Led Zeppelin decide to do another gig - although I'm sure dirtyroknroller has at least 50 gigs lined up for the next month only because the indie music would have been dead without her support.

I'm also thinking about seeing Lissie on October 31 but can't decide if it's worth the effort, which is hilarious because I just booked a €230 flight to watch Tom play his iPod, yet can't be bothered to take the train into the city for anyone else's gig.

Wow that's a serious list. Ugh Kodaline were so brilliant at HRC, made all the wait for Kasabian much easier. Are you travelling a lot for them that week? Hope you'll catch Tom in Manchester.

I only found out about them through the ITunes festival .I was entering to win 30 STM ,I don't know why really I don't even like their music and came across them then.Signed up to the mailing list etc to see what they were all about and loved what I saw. Then I found out they were at Reading ,if I only knew about them back then.. I'm waiting to pick up the double A side Reason to Die vinyl so hopefully it will be blasting out on Saturday. And even though I'm desperate to see Miles Kane and Family rain at Brixton next week I'm waiting to see if I'm lucky with the Biffy Clyro ticket ballot and if I'm unsuccessful then I can get the Brixton ticket.I would love to see them at Heaven so who knows ?

Saw the Family rain at Brixton they were amazing and dare I say ,I love Miles Kane but The family rain had an edge on him.Ive seen Miles a few good times now and felt it was somewhat lacking I don't know why as Everytime he puts his all into it maybe because it was the last show?. But can't take away his performance of Give up with Sympathy of the devil was definitely the best of the night.I picked up the family EP and can't wait for the album next year.

Nov 3rd Editors & Balthazar in Cologne I've never seen Editors live but one song on the last album made me buy a ticket to see them in Brixton next month. Have you seen them before?
