Going to be such a good weekend, with perfect weather. It is indeed. You off to it yourself? Yep, driving up in 5hrs, straight off a 12hr night shift And driving back down after Arctics on Sunday night, to start another 12hr shift on Monday morning lol But it will be worth it.

I have a few fine ones lined up for autumn/winter. Life of agony (second try!), Johnny Marr, Peter Hook & The light (second time), Snow Patrol and Steven Wilson. A few weeks ago I saw New Order for the second time as well. Sublime!

Ordered tickets for DMAs for later in the year. They're playing at the Barrowland in Glasgow. Seen them earlier in the year there and they were superb.

I don’t think it will be long until a full announcement x

So - saw Suede last night at Rock City in Nottingham. Have to say - it wasn’t the best venue I’ve been to. We don’t like to be amongst the madness of the front of a concert as we like a little bit of space to breath!!! Felt squashed in there last night and to be completely honest, not totally safe. They didn’t even check bags as we went into the venue which I was surprised by as I thought it was fairly standard these days. Anyway - Suede were on top form, even though I couldn’t see them as well as I would have liked. We have Richard Ashcroft in London to look forward to next....
