Oh, or don't you know them as a band and thought my life is going to be agony? If that is the case, sorry! Haha that's exactly what I thought! Glad to know you're not in agony!

I heard this album - it is not my style, but they are realy good! Full of creativity, great technique, this must be a dream band of alt-metal fans. I got into them in my youth, through those, might be their most well-known songs? I kept following their releases which got less metal and heavy over time. I like all their albums, different as they are, but especially the 4th one, "Broken Valley". Another of those albums that would certainly come along to that desert island! cuttoff Thank you! I'll make it more clear the next time.

Shock horror I have 2 non-Kasabian gigs coming up: Temples in Camden which pip mentioned, and The Chemical Brothers in December at Hammersmith Apollo - I'm so excited about it!

Cannot wait for that Temples gig, it's been sooooo long since I last saw them! Hopefully Kassassin Street will be announcing more dates soon, bound to be a London gig.

The Chemical Brothers in December at Hammersmith Apollo - I'm so excited about it! I think i'll hear them on Friday. The plan is to leave our home match as soon as we're 0-2 behind against Bayern Munich and then listen to them from the other side of the river. Always good sound there. Just not willing to pay 60+ Euro after seeing them last year @ Werchter :-)

Going to see Hector Bizerk and Colonel Mustard and the Dijon 5 tomorrow. They're both Scottish bands and I'd describe them as being social commentators.

I bought a ticket too for exactly the same reasons. But because I like only one band, my chances of losing that tenner are much higher

I've got a question concerning e-tickets. When you have your name printed on it, do ticket-checkers at the entrance check your name or at least match the name on a ticket and your sex or whatever? I'm going to see Coldplay in Poland this summer but also I'm having my exams during that very period so there's a little chance that exam will be on the gig day. And ticketmaster's FAQ says 'no refunds' unless event is cancelled or rescheduled. So I was wondering if it's possible for another person to attend the show with my name on a ticket if I have to sell it. Thanks

It would take all night to check everyone's ID, and you can legitimately buy a ticket for someone else. I've bought tickets for friends before who got in with my name on it, I've bought tickets with my father's credit card that had his name on it, I've never had any problems.
