I've never bought from Amazon, do you have to be in that country to be able to buy from their Amazon?

I've bought physical CDs from other countries before, but I think for digital purchases you have to be in the country. I'm trying to figure out why this happened, and while I'm at it I'll ask what's going on with the cover, the title and the ever-changing release dates. |

The song reminds me of, or looks like an electrocuted version of La Feé Verte. The lyrics have the same feel. It's hard for me to get hold of the album until August! :v
Sony releases the albums over here instead of Columbia, it's very cheap, about 10 times, but the wait is too fucking long. I'll have to download them for free I guess. -.-
It'll be hard to convince mom that it's not some pop record given the pink cover. XD
