Nice little review about the Washington gig, the reviewer was especially impressed by Switchboard Smiles and Lost Soles Forever.

Nice little review about the Washington gig, the reviewer was especially impressed by Switchboard Smiles and Lost Soles Forever. They have already corrected Switchblade Smiles by now;) This article sounds more like a report than a review, but still very positive. And LSF - even a record company made a mistake on this title (otherwise to be called L.S.D.), so let's forget the author for this one;)

About Serge being rude or something - My Polish friend went to one of the gigs in Berlin I suppose. She met her and asked if she could wear his hat. He didn't refuse. Then, she showed him photos she drew of him. He said, "You'll be famous in the future." I mean to say, how inspiring is that coming from the mouth of that one person you always wanted to meet. About Chris and Ian The press seems to ignore them; they only see Serge and Tom cause there can be many references made between them which helps them getting most reads. About the NME Poll. Polls shouldn't be taken seriously. They are often overshadowed by fanguys than genuine festival goers. I can go to no one's show and vote for Taylor Swift cause, "OMG OMG she's so cute! Her songs are amazing. " Bleh.

I've been seeing a lot of "Good news for Kasabian fans, they're getting two new songs on the deluxe edition!" If you're a fan you've probably had them since June.

Over the years, Kasabian members have come and gone, but Serge and Tom hold tight.
Really hope that Chris (and Ian too) haven't seen it. (source)

I don't know about you but sometimes the descriptions that the reviewers use make me cringe or laugh so much. Came across to this today, can you guess which song it is (without googling)? A robotic ballad that smells of the bad tomorrows after an ecstasy fuelled night in the North of England. Trippy.

Wow. Explodes? Anything "morning after" makes me think Black Whistler but nobody writing a review knows that song.

I heard different interpretations of U Boat, but Cold War version (or just after Cold War) makes the most sense to me. They have a couple of variations of this theory as well on songmeanings.

I feel like we've talked about this before. Songmeanings is full of bullshit and people's own personal theories and I prefer to believe what the band says songs are about.

I know songmeanings is not reliable, for some reason they also have Cut Off lyrics under U Boat;)

Guess the song: the chorus exploded in-your-face like a kebab shop psychopath squaring up to you at the end of a night out
