Not such much "what's your favourite song out of these" but more is it a good opener for the album, does it represent it, does it set the tone for what's about to come?
Bonus question: Which tracks would you replace these with if you had to?

I went with Let's Roll. It might just be my undying love of Velociraptor, but there is nothing quite like it in their discography and it tells you point blank this album is less a romp and more a groove.
For the bonus question, I would've loved to see (shiva) dropped in favor of beanz. I've played it after bumblebee and they are incredible together! Of course then the album wouldn't be called 48:13, but I don't necessarily think that would be a huge loss. Also, Comeback Kid should've opened FCOL, and Ill Ray could've easily slotted into its place as the 6th track imo.

For the first 6 albums (AE remains in judgement for me), I can't imagine any other tracks replacing the openers. Maybe cos they're so ingrained in my psyche.
Underdog gets my vote, with CF and Ill Ray coming a close joint second.
WRPLA will likely always be my favourite album (especially now, with the direction the band have gone). The opening refrain of Underdog never fails to send chills down my back, or snap me out of a moody rut. It's a "Fuck, yes!" moment, every time I hear it, wherever I am, or whatever I'm doing. And makes me want to listen to the rest of the album.
That, for me, is a timeless opener if ever there was one.
