I.D. - and I loved it instantly. Still my all-time favorite song by any artist Mine too. I'd heard LSF on MTV, and Processed Beats. Went out and bought the album CD. Got back in car and put the CD in. When ID came on I got goose bumps all over. Had to pull over to continue listening. Sounds daft to say it, but i welled up with tears when i heard them play it at Leeds fest a few years ago. I was at an emotionally challenging period in my life. I fucking loved that weekend, and that moment was the pinnacle. The lead up to the drop at the end of the intro just makes me feel so alive everytime I hear it. Get a similar, but not as potent, feeling from the opening refrain of Underdog. And Doberman kinda grabs my feels in a stupid way too. ☺️🤣 |
