Kasabian sometimes mention bands they like and listen to - so here is a thread for all sorts of music recommendations from them.

Serge posted this yesterday, did anybody like the song?
Did anybody actually get into a band or an album after their recommendation? I know some people started listening to Tame Impala after Serge was going on about them. My favourite songs which I started listening to thanks to Kasabian are Babe Ruth's The Mexican and Can's Vitamin C.

Not so much a recommendation, but I started listening to The Lysergic Suite, Belakiss and Dark Horses because of the Kasabian connection and I really enjoyed them. I usually listen to bands they mention in interviews because I like discovering new ones, but most of them I don't like that much. Serge listens to some weird shit sometimes.

I would say - a very decent band. Maybe sounds a little odd, but almost perfect for fans of punk- and noise-rock.

Tame Impala are the one for me. Would love to see them support Kasabian as think it would be awesome. I've only seen Tame Impala once and they were mind blowing.
