Some songs are always associated with each other in my head, sometimes because they're played after each other or are next to each other on an album (like Club Foot / Stuntman or Take Aim / Thick as Thieves), and sometimes because they're musically similar - I somehow always associate By My Side with Secret Alphabets and Ketang with Mothman. I also see lots of parallels between West Ryder and Raptor songs - Days / Underdog or Thick As Thieves / Simple Pleasures. And sometimes I don't even know where the connection comes from, like Clouds and Shoot The Runner (although I see them both as sort of glam-rocky, uplifting songs and maybe that's why they're connected in my head)

Wow jayfreeman how did you connect TT and Clouds to each other? I have no idea. Maybe because of electronics in both of them.

Me Plus One and Good fight.Sweet lovely songs both of them. Good point about Good Fight. It could be viewed as a more full version of that song. I also see/hear parallels between Butcher Blues and Sixteen Blocks. Also, weirdly enough, Last Trip and Twentyfourseven. The end of Glass reminds me of Secret Alphabets a lot. Last one I can think of right now is the impossibly good vibes of Clouds and Bless This Acid House

Sixteen Blocks somehow sounds similar to Road Kill Cafe to me.

I never thought about comparing Roadkill Cafe and Sixteen Blocks but after giving both a listen, I have to agree there are a lot of similarities. Good call!
