Who wants to do this one? And more importantly, how to you get to Groningen? There is only one extremely inconvenient flight from London.

Not doing these myself, obv (though I'd love to) but I think you can get a train direct from Schipol Airport in Amsterdam, if my memory serves me correctly. Couple of hours journey, maybe? I remember deciding not to go there once (long time ago)!

I don't think I realised the seriousness of the situation when both bury420 and sundaygirl told me that every hotel, hostel and b&b is booked in groningen. We booked literally the last room in the last hotel with highroyds. But I booked my flight too (6am!) and am definitely going! Who else is coming? |

But he didn't say when, and I never considered it a definite promise. They probably have a reason for not playing it. I thought the gig was really special, I haven't seen them for 7 months and I'm more than happy. It also wasn't rough at all, which was nice for a change. There seem to be some new bits and pieces everywhere. The Black Skinhead intro is gone, and Thick as Thieves has its original goodbye ending back, and after that they played People Are Strange.
