I hope that in UK gigs we're going to hear a few more songs off 48:13 clouds, doomsday and glass in regular rotation. I'll put money on it!

I think the main reason they're not playing more new songs is that the album only came out today. Of course with the internet being a thing everyone who cares already knows it of course, even with the stupid delay, but it hasn't really been promoted extensively. I thought they would play more new ones in Australia tbh. I'm happy that we did get Bow and Glass, though.

It's likely down to contracts. Their profile in the US is at a certain level where they'll sell x amount of tickets. That will in turn mean a promoter will only pay x amount of dollars to book them. X amount of dollars is the equivalent to x amount of stage time.
A US promoter would prefer to contract them for that x amount of time to allow a support band on the bill too and keep the ticket price at an attractive level. Plus, both parties would be keen to avoid curfew related fines and the like. It's a shame, but it is what it is.
When it comes to the arena tour however, for the ticket prices, I'd hope for a 21 song set on the regular!

Even more so now they have five albums.
