after hearing the Glastonbury show and watching on youtube, I can't wait for the metro show in Chicago. it will be so cool to see them in a smaller venue when they are so big everywhere else.

Unbelievable show. They seemed to be very into it and Tom and Serg were very talkative. The set was the same as D.C.

Wow! that's cool.. 2012 was great but last night was much better! Knowing they usually play much larger venues everywhere else, it is special seeing them in an intimate venue..

Knowing they usually play much larger venues everywhere else, it is special seeing them in an intimate venue.. Not really though. I've been seeing a lot of that in the American articles lately, how weird it must be for them to play small venues there, but they play small venues almost everywhere in Europe, and they still play small venues in the UK and Ireland as well. They only do that handful of arena dates once every few years, and of course the big festivals, but they're not exactly U2 or something. I really hope it stays that way because I enjoy the smaller gigs much more. The fact that they levelled up to 3 - 4k in Germany now already makes me nervous. None of them are sold out though, so next times we can go back to the dodgy places.

Good points. I was mostly thinking of UK arena shows and headlining festivals.
