Seems like a lot of people received the signed deluxe with missing signatures (some missing Ian or Chris or even all of them) and smudged signatures.

I wonder if anything can be done about this. Like if enough people got together they could sign another 50 or so and send replacements? I really hope mine is complete. I keep saying I'm not really that bothered about bought signatures, the ones I got in person are the ones that mean something to me and this is more of a nice extra, but if I paid for a signed album I want a signed album. And there are tons of people who can't just casually meet them, this might be their only chance at getting a signed item, and they're getting something damaged or incomplete.

I wrote an e-mail to customer services yesterday about this. As part of the contact form you can attach a picture (I took a photo of mine), said it only had 3 signatures instead of 4 and that I would like to arrange a new one sent out/replacement etc. They've just this minute acknowledged my query and I'm awaiting the official response. You should all definitely contact them, at the end of the day it's a product not as described and you should be entitled to a replacement.

I still don't have mine. It just kills all the excitement, you spend so long looking forward to the release day, and 5 days later I don't have anything. I have to listen to the album on Spotify, which is okay but inconvenient a lot of the time. I want to play the vinyls. I would say next time I'll just order from Amazon, but then they release all sorts of fun store exclusive that I clearly can't live without.

I got a rather pleasant and positive reply from them yesterday afternoon. "Thank you for your email. We are sorry to hear this. We can confirm that we will be receiving replacement booklets and once we do we will ship one out to you immediately"

I saw loads of people tag Chris on Instagram, he probably saw it too.

I sent them an email on Tuesday and got sent the standard reply but no update on replacement as of yet.Im going to wait til Monday then email again if I haven't heard anything.
