Good news there's not another item I need to add to the collection 🤣 I might register for Fandom and add a note to the Paradise37 entry on the Kasabian Wiki (albeit about 12 years late 🤣) My Empire CD does actually have a number - 37 Arggh 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks cuttoff. Could you tell me where it's located (on the disc itself, or on the slip notes somewhere)? |

It's on back cover, lower left corner, with year, copyright, SONY etc info. The tracklisting is on the top, and a barcode on lower right. Here are some pics.

OK, so a little more detective work on my behalf, using Discogs, would have saved you guys some effort... ☺️ I have the Canadian version of the Empire album CD. The notes on the back cover show it being distributed by Sony BMG Canada, and it was printed in Canada. Bar code matches that variant (Discogs ID 3032919 if anyone's interested 😀). I can't remember where I bought it from, 18 years ago, but back then it might have been via Play.com. I might be wrong but i think Play had a history of selling international variants of items to supplement the tax loopholes they were exploiting by trading from Jersey. Maybe that's how I ended up with the Canadian variant. Anyhow, thank you highroyds and cuttoff for your input. Much appreciated. |
