I have considered Hogmanay too but Edinburgh is not a cheap place to travel from Germany for NYE ... booo Wishing for another NYE re-wired next year. This is costing me a lot of money as well, but I missed out on the Barrowlands gigs last year so a few gigs I was going to this year like Johnny Marr ,Charlatans are off the list now,I'm also hoping they might do a London new year for next year.

I finished the French course on Duolingo. Took 9 months and was endlessly frustrating, but now I'm really proud.

There are 4 things that made me happy today. It's coffee with milk (I love it. Especially when it's arabic!), a very sweet message from my friend in the morning (I'm no sure is he a friend or smth more than that), these discount coupons, (I'm an allergic and spend a lot of money on these pills. And these are 15% discount coupons! www.rx-discountcoupons.com It means something to me.) and a great book I took in the university library - It's called "The Plague". It's written by Albert Camus. Wow It seems like a good day

I saw Henry Rollins last night. He spoke for 3 hours and stopped only reluctantly. Magnificent person.

No idea where else to put this. Last night I had the most vivid dream, I was at a Kasabian concert, some kind of festival. I think it was Benicassim even, but it was tiny, just a small piece of land, like a grassy beach, and very few people. It was so real, that even in the dream I was wondering if I could put this on my recently started list of attended concerts, as even as it was a dream (I thought while dreaming!), it felt so real! They even had a new song, something soft sung by Serge. Crazy, but very enjoyable!

Sat here at work on a 12hr night shift. Couldn't go to Benicassim as my work colleague had already booked the holiday time to go to the festival herself. She's just Whatsapp videocalled me the whole of Underdog...

I'm now watching the SetlistFM page for the gig update with the tracks in real time..
Is this the music fan version of watching the Saturday football scores update on Ceefax back in the day... :/

No, football scores change. The setlist doesn't.
