Anyone else hear a bit of The Music in their sound? Loving what I've heard. Sorry, meant to reply to this the other day. When I read your post, I'd never heard of The Music. Coincidentally, I was speaking to Nathan (drummer) before their Leeds gig, last week, and he said he'd met someone from The Music in a record shop. Apparently, KS have been influenced by The Music, a band they all like. So, there you go!

Pip, will there be CD's & other merchandise at the gigs? T-shirts and vinyl, but no CDs! I heard a lot of people asking for them and Rowan said they may think again about selling them. From what I can gather, it was thought nobody would be interested in buying CDs in this age of downloads, not so!

Surely more people would have more CD Players than record players. Fortunately, I have both.

Really good, they played so well (to be honest, they always do). Crowd was not bad, a fair few people there but not sold-out as Brighton was. We on the front row more than made up for that though, all of us were dancing and most of the rest of the room were definitely enjoying it. Really cannot wait for tomorrow's gig, in Southsea, it is going to be amazing. It's almost sold-out, meaning there will be about 500 people in the crowd

Kassassin Street's Radio Silence EP is now available to download from iTunes etc. Scatterbrain is on it and, wow! What a superb track! Anyone living remotely near Southsea, you really need to go to their home-coming gig, tonight. There is going to be an amazing atmosphere, Wedgewood Rooms holds 500 people and it has practically sold-out. This is a typical home-crowd for KS I am so excited for tonight, not least of all because frencheezeh, one of the first people I hooked in this thread is coming and I know her mind will be blown

The audio on this isn't as good as it could be as it's from the back and the music isn't always clearly audible. Still a great video, though, and really shows how fab the crowd was.
This video, though, is amazing, a real cracker and the best upload of Scatterbrain I've ever seen.

Thanks for the praise, pip! Fantastic gig at the Wedgewood Rooms, incredible crowd, great atmosphere! Here is Centre Straight Atom, with a little bit of Rowan in the crowd and crowd-surfing:

Loved the crowd-surfing, he's so little Gwen, I think all the videos you took on Saturday are probably the best anyone has ever got of Kassassin Street, they are such good quality. In particular, I've watched these two songs numerous times, such great performances of both. So bloody good. As I said before, WOW.
