MyPlay Direct. They STILL haven't sent me a private link to resubmit my order for the signed cd. I was told a week ago that they'd check stock and send me a link within 2 business days. Since then I've emailed them twice asking for an update and I've had no response. I've just sent another query through the website, so hopefully I get a response this time. If I didn't have to I'd never buy from MyPlay Direct again, they're the absolute worst.

Sony Germany put up a fancy countdown to today 4pm for "exclusive content" and "special surprises" and now it's ended over half an hour ago and there's nothing. If you're not capable of delivering in time, just say sometime on Monday and don't count down the seconds. I had successfully conditioned myself into never getting excited anymore whenever HQ announced something, but I thought Sony... oh well.

I bought The Family Rain Dingwall tickets off Stargreen tickets and hadn't received them considering its Thursday .Phoned them last week and they said they were getting sent over the weekend and today NOTHING .Phoned them again and now apparently they are for collection only at Dingwalls ,they'd probably forgot to send them..

I have little to no faith left in MyPlay Direct and I HATE that I have to buy from them to support the band.

I totally agree. Within a few hours of the HMV signing there were loads of them on ebay for hundreds of pounds, it was clearly not a case of suddenly needing the money and having to part with your treasured memorabilia. Especially since it was such an exclusive event, there must have been so many true fans who had to miss out because of people who only went to sell it immediately. Gross. |

There wasn't loads on Ebay, i've been monitoring Ebay since that signing and only 1 person has so far sold a signed vinyl on it's own and it went for £119.99, the only other auction for signed vinyl is the one that flipflop has posted above. I was watching and still am with the hope that someone throws up a relatively cheap one that can find it's way into my collection  There may have been a few extra CD's thrown up, but it's hard to spot those with loads of the one's direct from the site up there as well. |
