Thanks Highroyds. I was looking at V Festival on my SKY TV. It seems most of the dance acts are going to be shown live on the MTV channels.

It was quite a relaxed gig. Bit of a boring crowd. It became better throughout the gig. For me it was a nice contrast to Edinburgh.
Sam Smith & Courteeners were great too.

An 18 song set is pretty poor for a headline act for a festival. Even more so when there are a couple of covers.
The lack of songs from Kasabian and Empire is pretty disappointing.

V 2010 wasn't the greatest set either if my memory serves me right. They played RiT+mothman, swarfiga, pb, fast fuse+outro, the doberman/club foot/stuntman+i feel love etc etc. it was bloody awesome. |
