One thing we all seem to agree on is Julie as the best set opener.Imagine when they do the next tour on the new album and hopefully the smaller venues and we hear the intro the place would have the roof ripped off.And I would So love to hear Pistols as they haven't played it on home soil yet.

I'm just so delighted by the fact that they played it as an opener three days before the Underdog single was released, before ANYONE had heard the song.

Ecstasy of Gold intro Ovary Stripe Underdog Reason is Treason Julie & The Mothman Let's Roll 55 Narcotic Farm I.D. Thick as Thieves Acid Turkish Bath Processed Beats The Doberman Club Foot
Vlad the Impaler I Feel Love / Stuntman L.S.F.
I tried to keep it somewhat realistic. If I could have whatever I truly wanted there'd be about 10 more Serge songs.

But did you skip Velociraptor! and Days are Forgotten on purpose? Because these two are such "live" songs IMHO.

I do love them, like I love all of their songs, but they're not major personal favourites and I've heard them at every single gig for two and a half years now, I wouldn't cry if they dropped them for a bit.

Yes, i understand. They have now enough material for maybe 4 full gigs - naturally you have to drop something or play a whole album for encore (like Springsteen does). And your selection seems "psychedelic" to me, so it makes sense.

I don't know about creating an entire set list, that would be hard. But I am obsessed with hearing Me + 1 one day and would love to hear Apnoea too. 55 and Nightworkers too but that is complete fantasy.

I've been fantasizing a lot about setlist for UK tour. Quite traditional, I mean it's close to actual setlists but it's very good I think. Also, maybe it's the right time for the band to start doing 2 encores. So here it is. (SHIVA) BUMBLEBEEE STEVIE SHOOT THE RUNNER UNDERDOG DAYS ARE FORGOTTEN CLOUDS EEZ-EH BOW ID NEON NOON CLUBFOOT RUNNING BATTLE TREAT SWITCHBLADE SMILES FIRE ... EMPIRE GOODBYE KISS ... VLAD DOOMSDAY PRAISE YOU + L.S.F

Really like Doomsday in the encore idea, and Running Battle/Treat/SBS after each other sounds amazing. Do you think Empire and GK will work together? I would add Fast Fuse, Thick as Thieves, and something a bit more electronic like the Me Plus One remix they played the other day, Stuntman, Beanz, Mothman or I Hear Voices and it'll be perfect. For more unrealistic choices, I'd have Butcher Blues, Silver Bullet and Narcotic Farm.

I wanted to put Fire between ClubFoot and Battle, and make Doomsday the last one in the main set. But in this case I think the idea of 2 encores will be broken. Also the problem of placing GK rises, but, undoubtedly, Empire should open the encore set.
I do like Thick as Thieves and Fast Fuse, but on the other hand I'm trying to be realistic as much as possible, because I understand that guys won't be playing more than 20-21 songs. As for Silver Bullet, maybe a short snippet of it will work as the intro to something, can't even imagine what it could be. Maybe Acid Turkish Bath only :-D
