A thread to talk about past and present Kasabian merchandise - what have you got, what would you want to see, what's your favourite merch you own, what do you think about the new merch? I'm not a huge collector of t-shirts and like to buy other things, like mugs and posters and things. I hope there will be more stuff during the arena tour, and I've ordered this wristband for now I think Empire playing cards are my favourite merch, they're so pretty. I love all the first album stickers too, although they're probably not strictly a merchandise, and love my West Ryder mugs.

I must admit I don't buy much merchandise, it has to be something a bit special for it to find it's way into my collection, some of the stuff does genuinely look quite good though. I do quite like the velociraptor mug (I don't own one though)

I like buying t-shirts with the tour dates on the back when I've been to the actual gigs, I probably have about 5 of those from all the different tours. I also like the white t-shirt with the feathers all over from the 2011 UK tour, it's not too obviously Kasabian and goes with lots of things. I don't really have that much, all the tour programmes, a Velociraptor tote bag, some bits, but I usually fly everywhere so I don't really buy large or fragile things.
I think the West Ryder tour had the best merch, Velociraptor was a bit disappointing, especially those badges that were just black. Hilarious. I have some different badges and patches with the Velociraptor logo that were never sold, only given away for promo, I won them from a radio station, they're pretty nice.
I do have some official tour posters, but do they count as merch? One was given to me by a nice person who was probably supposed to put them up in the area but couldn't be bothered.

Do we really need to reinforce the idea that Leicester and Glasto are the only gigs that matter by giving them extra special t-shirts while everything else gets the boring white one full of typos?

Saturday 29th June 2014 ... Oh dear They should get whoever manufactured copies of the album to do the shirts. They are actually capable to handling numeracy and/or consulting a calendar. We're only weeks away from a misspelling of the band name, folks. Get ready.

But they got it wrong too, it said Saturday 29th, not 28th. The t-shirt is gone from the shop btw.

Those could have just been digital mockups anyway, not pics of the actual product.
Still trying to decide on that sweatshirt. There is an old one on the US site for $65, so the $75 being quoted on the UK store isn't as exorbitant as I first thought.
