The video showed up on Vimeo ( here in case YouTube blocks it in your country too) and it came with this little summary: "Stevie is an innocent young boy who's confined to a bleak world in the name of science. Held captive by an unknown group of eerily attired lab assistants, Stevie is put through his paces in a host of repetitive, testing conditioning exercises whilst knowing nothing of the outside world."

I'm glad it did not end with the band coming to rescue the boy, that would have been cheesy.

Last gig of Part 1 of the European leg of the tour is November the 8th, so at least that's decent timing for a TV performance (Jonathan Ross maybe?) Where do I hand in my CV for the position of assistant tour manager?

I got my vinyl, the only surprise is that Chris is on backing vocals!

Do you have any idea which vocals? Because I don't. And also, bass by Serge?

I think Serge has been playing bass on their records since West Ryder. I guess it happens when he does the demos on his own, and then they might use some of his parts in the finished versions if there is no point in Chris recreating the exact same thing again.

It's sitting at #145 on the UK iTunes. With the vinyl batch, they could make the lower Top 200 which will be something at least.
Got my vinyl copy yesterday and MyPlay were kind enough to pop an invoice for £3.99 into the package I paid £8 odd for.

After hearing this live for second time at Glasgow it is now one of my favourites on the album. To begin with I didn't rate it much.
Loved the girls playing the strings on it.

Can only assume stevie's not a winner on streaming as I've just seen it confirmed that it didn't make the Top 200.

According to the listeners of pinguinradio (my favourite radio station) Stevie is the best track at the moment! See here the complete list - you can vote as well. Holland loves Kasabian!

Just had it on again. Has to be one of Tom's most uplifting vocal performances.
